TSU相撲ツーリズムは、海外から訪れる相撲愛好家や実践者に向けた、本格的な相撲の稽古体験プログラムです。
栃木県宇都宮市の陽南第一公園にある土俵で、TSUの指導者が伝統的な稽古方法や正しい身体の使い方を直接指導します。
塵手水などの伝統的な作法から、四股・摺り足・一丁押し、取組・ぶつかり稽古まで、相撲の世界を実践的に体験できます。
TSU Sumo Tourism is an authentic sumo training experience designed for international sumo enthusiasts and practitioners.
At Yonan Daiichi Park in Utsunomiya, Tochigi, TSU instructors provide direct guidance in traditional training methods and proper techniques.
From ceremonial etiquette to shiko, suriashi, pushing practice, torikumi and butsukari, participants experience the world of sumo firsthand.

From traditional etiquette to practical training, instructors guide participants according to their level.
準備運動・礼法
Warm-up & Etiquette
土俵に入る際の作法や塵手水など、相撲の伝統的な礼法を学びます。
Learn traditional sumo etiquette, including the ceremonial chirichozu posture.
四股・摺り足
Shiko & Suriashi
相撲の基本となる動作を通じて、姿勢、重心、足の運びを確認します。
Practice fundamental movements, posture, balance and footwork.
一丁押し・基本技術
Iccho-oshi & Basic Techniques
正しい姿勢と身体の使い方を意識しながら、押しの動作を練習します。
Practice pushing techniques with proper posture and body mechanics.
取組・ぶつかり稽古
Torikumi & Butsukari
参加者の経験や体力に合わせ、指導者のサポートのもと実践的な稽古を体験します。
Experience practical bouts and pushing drills, adjusted to each participant’s level.

会場は栃木県宇都宮市の陽南第一公園。実際の土俵で、伝統的な相撲の稽古方法を体験できます。
指導者による直接指導を通じて、相撲の技術だけでなく、土俵の作法や稽古に向き合う姿勢にも触れていただきます。
Located at Yonan Daiichi Park in Utsunomiya, Tochigi, the program offers training on an authentic sumo dohyo.
Through direct instruction, participants discover not only sumo techniques, but also the etiquette and discipline of traditional training.

Commemorative Handprint Certificate
相撲体験の終了後には、参加者一人ひとりに 手形入りの特製修了証をお渡しします。 日本での相撲体験を記念に残す、TSUオリジナルの修了証です。
At the end of the experience, each participant receives a special certificate featuring their handprint. A unique TSU keepsake to remember your sumo experience in Japan.

参加条件・事前準備

| 対象年齢 | 5歳以上。未成年者は成人の同伴が必要です。 |

| 身長・サイズ | 制限なし。調整可能なまわし・スパッツを用意しています。 |
| 運動難易度 | 中程度。参加者の体力に合わせて調整します。 |
| 健康状態 | 軽い運動が可能な方が対象です。肩・腕・背中などに持病や傷病がある場合は事前にお知らせください。 |
| 服装 | まわしの下にスパッツまたはショートパンツを着用できます（任意）。 |
| 持ち物 | タオル1枚。手足の爪を切り、長い髪は金属・プラスチック製クリップを使わずに結んでください。 |
| 予約時の必要情報 | 参加者名、年齢、ウエストサイズ、関節の持病や既往症の有無。 |
※体験前に英文の免責同意書への署名が必要です。TSUの現地イベント保険とは別に、参加者自身でスポーツ活動を補償する海外旅行保険への加入が必要です。

見学のみの方について

体験に参加しないご家族やガイド、通訳も、土俵脇の指定ベンチエリアから無料で見学できます。写真撮影や応援も可能です。
Non-participating family members, guides and interpreters may observe free of charge from designated bench areas next to the dohyo. Photography and cheering are welcome.

土俵の作法とエチケット
Sacred Space & Etiquette
土俵は相撲にとって大切な場所です。土足厳禁とし、入退場時には塵手水などの伝統的な作法を行います。大きなタトゥーがある場合は、必要に応じてラッシュガードやスパッツで覆っていただきます。
The dohyo is a sacred space. Outdoor shoes are not permitted. Participants follow traditional etiquette, including chirichozu. Guests with large tattoos may be asked to cover them with rash guards or spats.
